For some, it's discovering a city through its history. For others, it's sharing a meal, learning a new skill, spending time with colleagues, or simply enjoying a quiet moment overlooking the Bosphorus. Our challenge was to create an incentive programme that allowed 280 top-performing executives from one of the world's leading technology companies to experience Istanbul in their own way—without ever losing the feeling that they were part of one shared journey.
Chairman's Club programmes are designed to celebrate exceptional achievement, and expectations reflect that.Guests expect flawless service, personalised experiences and the freedom to choose how they spend their time. Behind the scenes, however, that freedom creates extraordinary operational complexity.
Rather than moving one group through a fixed itinerary, we were simultaneously operating multiple touring programmes, executive schedules, conference sessions, concierge services, CSR activities and evening events across the city. Each guest experienced a seamless programme. Our operations team experienced hundreds of moving pieces.
Instead of asking guests to follow a single schedule, we built the programme around choice. Throughout their stay, participants selected from a portfolio of carefully curated experiences—from walking the historic streets of Sultanahmet and exploring Istanbul's markets to Turkish culinary workshops, rooftop gatherings, Bosphorus experiences and cultural encounters. Alongside these experiences, executive delegates followed separate itineraries with dedicated transportation, private dining, concierge services and tailored hospitality.
Meanwhile, the conference programme continued to operate with full AV production, registration, hospitality lounges and meeting management. To guests, everything felt effortless. Behind the scenes, every experience, vehicle movement, guide, supplier and venue operated from one master operational plan.

Delivering luxury is rarely about extravagance. It is about consistency.
Arrival hospitality, personalised welcome gifts, room drops, executive movements, conference production, transportation, security coordination, evening events and concierge services all needed to function as though they belonged to one continuous experience.
More importantly, they needed to remain flexible. Guest requests changed. Preferences evolved. Timings shifted. Our teams adapted continuously throughout the programme while maintaining the same service standards at every touchpoint.
One of the most memorable moments took place away from Istanbul's iconic landmarks. In partnership with ÇYDD (Contemporary Life Support Association), guests participated in a CSR initiative supporting educational opportunities for children across Türkiye. Rather than simply making a donation, participants heard first-hand about the organisation's mission before contributing to projects that would directly benefit local communities.
Together, the programme donated:
The initiative transformed the incentive from a celebration of achievement into an opportunity to leave a meaningful legacy behind.
The Chairman's Club programme successfully blended executive meetings, luxury hospitality, destination experiences and social impact into one cohesive journey. For guests, it was an opportunity to experience Istanbul on their own terms.
For MEP, it demonstrated our ability to orchestrate multiple independent programmes simultaneously while maintaining the consistency, discretion and attention to detail expected from an executive recognition event.
Because the most successful luxury programmes aren't the ones where everyone follows the same itinerary. They're the ones where every guest feels the experience was designed specifically for them.
