Brief

Transportation and assistance for the New Partner Event of a Fortune 500 firm as well as evenings to remember that would surprise, inspire and excite the attendees while giving them a feel for the destination. Spouse tours and additional evening programs were also required.

Challenge

Picking locations that would be interesting and versatile enough to amaze a well-travelled group. The welcome evening spot would need to reflect Istanbul and Turkey like nowhere else as most of the time the group spent in the destination was in the conference rooms.

Solution

Grand Bazaar was picked for the welcome evening, turning into a dinner venue within 1 hour of its closing, 7PM. Ottoman style seating arrangements were planted, local delicacy stations brought and regional dancers and musicians walked among the guests to entertain. Çırağan Palace was picked for the final evening – bringing Ottoman luxury to the international group.
