Challenge
As the members of the Organization is among the wealthiest and best-traveled in the world, MEP Teams job was to organize events for them that were extraordinary and opened a window into Turkey by way of special permits, gatherings with local experts on their fields and seamless service.
Solution
Besides the near perfect services provided, special touches the program made it highly memorable. In Ephesus, a special permit was arranged so the famed ‘Terrace Houses’ would be visited with the Excavation Leader of the Archeological Site. In Cappadocia a trip was arranged to a Cave that was undergoing restoration by an Italian team that is not open to public. A Byzantine Art & Archeology scholar from Paris-Sorbonne was flown especially to accompany the group.
