Creating three evenings that were one-of-a-kind spectacular yet different from each other to 900 Partners of the firm. First evening was asked as a local evening, second as team celebrations and third as an event that Turkey had never seen before.

With sky-high expectations, executive attendance and logistical disposition proved a challenge to the team.

On the first evening guests were taken to 22 different small-sized restaurants from 3 different hotels. Guests were able to taste Istanbul as a local. For the second evening 3 iconic venues on the shores of the Bosphorus were arranged for Team Evenings. On the last night Historic Galata Bridge connecting Old and New parts of Istanbul was opened privately for the group – for the first and last time ever. A kitchen, cocktail and dining area were built on the Bridge and guests were entertained with world-famous Turkish shows and fireworks over the Historical Peninsula.
