The Global Leadership Conference followed by Summit for the Association of Young Executives of the World.
Challenge
The profile of the group was the biggest challenge as they were the leading business figures from their respective countries who have travelled across the world and expect only ‘perfect’ service. Due to the size of the group 6 hotels had to be used surrounding the 3 convention centers that were used all together. Additionally this was the first large event of the main convention center.
Solution
The preparation for this group began a year in advance with staff going through rigorous education sessions, meeting their counterparts in the convention centers and hotels. Security trainings were also provided on a regular basis.
