Challenge

To handle registration, organization and evenings for the Non-Profit organization and its red-tape attendants which include countless of Ministers, Bureaucrats and CEO’s of Fortune 500 companies and President of Turkey.

Solution

Well-informed staff went through several rounds of education, one of them being solely on safety & security procedures. The team visited the venues on numerous occasions to familiarize themselves. Delegation of duties were done ahead of time and they were introduced to their counterparts in the NGO to be able to deliver a seamless event.
