Brief
An incentive trip to the two factories of Şölen Chocolates, in Istanbul and Gaziantep in Turkey’s South East, of dealers from the 120 countries they export to. The goal being both an incentive trip to the dealers and a collaborative experience of local workforce and global representatives of the brand.
Challenge
Hosting a very international group of guests on a recurring basis on behalf of Şölen. The additional challenge of organizing the trips at the gorgeous and very interesting but not so developed cities of Antep, Urfa and Mardin. These cities lie on the border with Syria and while they offer a unique insight to history of human civilizations (region of Upper Mesopotamia) they offer infrastructural and procurement challenges.
Solution
A healthy collaboration with local suppliers by enriching their services with MEP Management and extra supplies from Istanbul. Enrichment of the programs as well as encouragement of team building & unification by cultural visits, sales support & educational events and gastronomical experiences. Both Turkish and Şölen hospitality was made sure to be felt all throughout.
